The phrase “Not in money happiness” was probably invented by a man who did not think about the amount of this money and did not need it too much. Money opens up new opportunities for us and allows us to create comfortable living conditions.
Unfortunately, not everyone has a stable high income – and in this case, competent and regular savings will help you to carry out your plans:
go on vacation, make major purchases, have a “financial cushion” in case of unforeseen spending.
So how do you learn to save money effectively?
Set yourself a goal.
Formulate and describe your goal for saving as much detail as possible: it can be the purchase of an apartment, traveling, home appliances, payment for training – everything you need. Write down the required amount and the time frame in which it should be collected, you can even create a schedule or table in which you will specify the amount of daily or weekly savings. Creating and understanding a clear goal is your first step towards success.
Postpone it all the time.
You can save 50-100r daily or 1000r per week – this amount depends on your income, let it be small, but most importantly: it must be stable. Set aside the designated amount for yourself without passes, without “absences” – and you will not notice how the necessary large amount will be collected.
Eliminate the opportunity to spend the accumulated.
The classic old-fashioned way is to buy a piggy bank without the possibility of opening it: only when it is full can you break it. More modern ways also work well for this purpose: give the sums for saving to a proven person (a friend, family members, in whom you are sure), create a bank deposit with the inability to withdraw cash before the expiration date.
Many banks offer the service of automatic debiting of interest from your salary to a non-combustible account, from which you can withdraw money, say, once a year – take advantage of this offer.
Sign out your expenses
Start a special notebook in which you will write down daily all your expenses, even the smallest. After a week or a month, you will clearly see what your money is spent on, and you will be able to reduce the not too obligatory articles: maybe you should pamper yourself less often with take-away coffee or take a taxi?
These methods will certainly only work together with your system for effective savings – do not think that the money will be saved without your participation. But if you are confident in your own strength of will, the above tips will help structure your budget – and you can afford what you have long dreamed of.
